Hammersmith:

This is the centre of West London’s bus network with buses going to Shepherds Bush, Brent Cross, Fulham, Kings Cross, Aldwych and Heathrow Airport all stopping at this station.

In addition to this, this major transport link connects the Piccadilly, District, Hammersmith and City and Circle Lines to the rest of London. The A4 leading to Knightsbridge to the east and Heathrow Airport to the West is a few moments’ drive away.

King Street and Fulham Palace Road, which are less than a minute’s walk from the station, have a number of bars, restaurants and shops, while the Lyric Theatre, Riverside Studios and the Hammersmith Apollo provide year round live entertainment. There are a number of gyms in the area.

There are a number of pubs and restaurants overlooking the River Thames in this area which is frequented by joggers and local residents and workers looking to relax after a long day.

The area is also served by the the overline mainline train services as well as the District Line underground services at Kensington Olympia and West Kensington stations. The A4 leading to Knightsbridge to the east and Heathrow Airport to the West is a few moments’ drive away.

This area is a short walk from Westfield Shopping Centre, the shopping centre at Hammersmith and Kensington High Street.

The area is accessible through a number of different bus routes as well as the Hammersmith and City and Central Lines, as well as being less than 5 minutes from the A40 leading both to Kings Cross to the East and Hanger Lane to the west.
